What is the exact version of your BO?

 

Was there any activity that happened recently in the system with respect to upgrades or patches, after which you see this scheduling issue.

 

Did you Check if you webi schedule service and AJS are up and running? If there was no upgrades or installations that took place in environment with no changes to user rights etc, only area of issue could be servers as you said it was working fine before.
