Issue in APO DS activation in BW

Posting on behalf of my Colleague Prasun-

Hi Gurus,

I was activating a APO data source from SAP BW. I had to load Demand planning data from APO system to BW development system. But I am unable to activate the data source in BW. Though this data source was working fine till last month. Basis team recently established the connection between APO and BW system  recently after some connection problem between these 2 systems. After that actually this problem started.

Error I am getting in activation of BW data source :

1) Error in creating Transfer structure  in source APO system

Error when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCDA9AZEMEA_GSSS in source system DA5CLNT300

Message no. R3104

Diagnosis

An error occurred when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCDA9AZEMEA_GSSS as an IDoc segment in source system DA5CLNT300 .

System Response

The action was terminated. No data was changed.

Procedure

Use the generation log in source system DA5CLNT300 to identify the error, and remove the cause.

2) If I go to mamange tab of datasource in BW system I am getting message:

Invalid data source object name /BIC/B/000002526....No valid entry in RSTS table

I tried to replicate the data source and then activated it also readjusted the PSA table from from tcode se14, but getting same error.

Is there anything I can try  ? Do you think it is BW problem or APO BW issue? APO team is saying data source in APO BW should be activated by BW team only ( not by APO BW rather SAP BW). and for the above error it should be fixed from SAP BW end .

Do yu think is there any other issue in this like IDoc problem or RFC issue? or it might be related with System related issue which basis can fix?

Please help me in this, it is very criticcal for my project.

Thanks

Prasun
