Element */PRA/RSP_FUNH V-SEC ATTR SET touches or overlaps other element

Hi Gurus,

After implement the manual steps of the note 1847053  (attached ) I received the error element  touches or overlaps other element.

We´ve checked with the team and seems that all the manual steps has been perfomed successfully. Anyone know how to fix this error?.
