Sloc is blank in VL06g Master List

Good day Gurus,

     I have this issue wherein the Sloc in VL06g Master List is blank, is this a default behavior of the mentioned transaction code or not?

if not, how can i set the value for this one without using any user exit or enhancement implementation?
