what version of Solution Manager 7.1 do you have installed? SPS10, SPS8 or lower?
From your screenshot I can see that the product instances were supplied manually, this should be done automatically via your data supplier. Have you set up RZ70 in your PRD system to send its data to Solution Manager? Can you see the PRD system as a technical system on the SLD? If yes, is the SLD sending the data to LMDB regularly?
You should try to automate this as much as possible, otherwise changes in your landscape (e.g. EHP upgrade) will also have to be done manually in LMDB. This can be very time intensive and probably cause issues if done incorrectly.
If the SLD supplier does - for whatever reason - not work for you and you can't fix this, then you should make sure to add the right product versions. I assume your PRD system is a ECC 6.0 with EHP3 system? You will then need the product version SAP Netweaver 7.0 (if its running on NW 7.0 check the basis package level in PRD) with product instance "Application Server ABAP", the product version "SAP ERP 6.0" with product instance "SAP ECC Server" and the product version "ERP3 for SAP ERP 6.0 (add-on)" with all relevant product instances. The diagnostics relevant should really work for all of them, especially the Netweaver and the ERP versions.
