Vendor archiving on company code and GEN Level

hi SAP gurus,

please suggest if anyone of encountered the same- I’m testing the vendor archiving for a list of dormant vendors. already marked these vendors for deletion.

I’m able to archive the vendors on purchasing level (purchasing organization level) but unable to write/ delete the ones on FI and GEN level. ATTACHED is the log each time i run the job or run the report_FI_ACCPAYB_WRI.

FYI, i was able to archive list of 3000+ vendors on purchasing organization level but it didnt write and objects for company code and general data level.
