If top up quantity not captured during beginning month as well as from outside vendor fuels also not recorded here so you can not exact calculate fuel consumption corresponding to KM.
But you have captured KM reading in beginning month(Date specified) and vendor fuel top up date with KM reading, from in this KM difference you can get consumption from dipstick tool but it will be assumption consumption.
