Hi,

I am also facing the same issue with an empty Build Target dropdown. Here's my environment:

1. Mac OS 10.8.3

2. Java 1.6.0_45

3. Eclipse Juno

4. I have everything from Android SDK 3-17

5. I have ADT v.22

What else could be wrong?
